This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the iOS application provided by the developer that allows users to create timelapse videos from videos in their photo library and save the results to their photo library (the “App”).
- Information the developer collects The developer does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or location for those purposes through the App. The App does not include user registration or sign-in.
The developer does not operate functionality that uploads or stores the content of videos you select or the timelapse videos you generate on the developer’s servers. Processing related to reading videos, generating timelapses, and saving to the photo library is performed primarily on your device.
However, the App includes Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display ads. For ad delivery and related purposes, Google LLC and its partners may collect and use information such as advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA), device and usage information, information similar to IP addresses, and diagnostic information related to crashes or performance, in accordance with Google’s policies. Please refer to Google’s privacy disclosures and AdMob / Google advertising-related documentation for details.
Also, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) may prompt you to allow or deny access to data used for tracking-related advertising personalization through a system dialog.
- Purposes of use Core App functionality: To generate timelapse videos from videos you choose and save them to your photo library within the access you grant. Advertising: To show, measure, and improve ads, and for related purposes (primarily processed by advertising providers).
- External transmission and third parties (by the developer) The developer does not sell or provide the content of your videos to third parties through the App.
For advertising, Google AdMob and related services may collect information for ad delivery and measurement as described above. Such processing is governed by each provider’s policies and your device and OS settings.
- Storage The developer does not provide mechanisms to store your video files or exported timelapse files on the developer’s servers.
While you use the App, selected or in-progress data may exist temporarily in your device’s memory or temporary storage. The developer does not intentionally store such content in the developer’s cloud beyond what the App requires (separately, data sent outside the device by the ad SDK is described in Section 1).
Children’s privacy The App is not directed to children under 13. Parents and guardians should supervise device use by children.
Legal compliance and changes The developer aims to comply with applicable privacy laws in connection with the App. This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal changes or changes to the App or integrated SDKs. Updates will be indicated within the App or by another reasonable method the developer specifies.
